Oscar Boniek García will travel with the Houston Dynamo on their trip to play Toronto FC at BMO field this weekend, but his status to play is questionable.
Houston's star midfielder has missed the last two games this season because of Achilles tendonitis. In that stretch, the Dynamo lost to the Portland Timbers and beat the Chicago Fire.
"Yes, thank God we're better. Not 100%, but better and we'll be traveling with the group," García told Full Volley.
The Honduran though made no promises on playing time however. "I don't know if I'll play, but I'll travel," continued Garcia.
Since arriving in Houston in 2012, the 28 year old has consistently played on the right side of the midfield, added a consistent threat going forward, and provided a tireless work rate for Dominic Kinnear's team.
Newcomer Andrew Driver has played in place of the Honduran international in the midfield and could be called upon once again to play heavy minutes in Canada.
